Project Run and Play Designer

 

I haven't been posting much recently, but I have been sewing. March is shaping up to be a very busy month as I'm working on a few projects that I can't share just yet. This busyness is welcomed but tiring at the same time. One of those things I can now share is......

I'm so excited to share that I am one of six designer/sewists competing in this Season 23 of Project Run and Play. You can learn more about the project here, but basically  is the blogger's version of Project Runway, but for kids clothing!

Each week, we will be challenged to create an outfit based on a theme. Then each look will be judges by a panel of "celebrity" judges and the readers. After the scores are tallied the week's winner will be announced, and the person with the lowest votes will "get the boot" so to speak.

You can also participate by sewing along each week, you can read more about the weekly themes and dates here, but here's a list of the themes:

  • Week 2: March 23-27 Transformation
  • Week 3: March 30-April 3 Fairy Tale
  • Week 4: April 6-10 Signature Style
